    of our highly skilled in-house maintenance technicians or a licensed contractor from our list of preferred vendors. Repairs are classified as ‘normal wear and tear’ or ‘tenant damage’. Damage is charged to the tenant. Normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the owner. Repairs exceeding $500 require written communication and owner authorization.
